Bay Global Shipping Program and Fedex. Australia it most definitely seems to be using Fedex. You can see it keeps repeating itself and keeps updating with fishisfast chat entries saying ‘In transit with destination carrier’, 6 entries saying the same thing, over several days, wtf?
Why is my item not moving at all? I’ve used Fedex before and each time I’ve received the item the day after it’s arrived at Derrimut, the tracking information is telling me nothing. Anybody else had any experience importing items from the US with this program? I need some answers here, this level of service is unacceptable to me. When you phoned up customer service what did they tell you? This indicates it has been given to a third party for final delivery and they haven’t gotten delivery confirmation yet.
It will keep doing this until they get the confirmation but it doesn’t mean it isn’t moving. I’d still be calling them as they should be able to give you final couriers details. Import” or some other minor handling notes. Item arrived today at roughly 12:30pm, delivered by Fedex just before I was headed out the door.
The tracking info is still not updated, apparently it’s still ‘in transit with destination carrier’. If my item is out for delivery, I need to know by that morning so I can expect my package and be home to sign for it. The global shipping program is the biggest joke! There are so many unnecessary scans for some reason. 12 days is pretty excessive from the US considering it’s priority shipping. A reason is that ebay “priority” shipping uses Fedex “economy” service, not the “priority” one.
5 and today it says ‘package not due for delivery’. Today is 12 days since payment. What is not due for delivery? I’ll make sure to avoid both of these things in the future. Well my experience with Ebay and the global shipping service has been very positive. Any enquiries about tracking were answered promptly by 24hr phone or chat line .
The parcel cleared customs promptly and , as I anticipated from reading previous posts , was transferred to Startrack to be flown to Brisbane and couriered to a regional centre 40k away. I was not sure who would deliver from the regional centre so I rang Startrack and they advised it would be Aust Post the next day. The parcel arrived at my small town post office the next morning. Speak to someone if you are not sure where things are at because the tracking system doesn’t tell you everything. As it turned out , the guy at the local post office was the only way I found out the package would be dropped of there , rather than my home address.
Your items sure do take the ‘scenic route’. I had exactly the same issue thank god I know its fed ex now because of your comments. Cn u call them with up number and they can help u track over phone?
